In this thrilling debut young adult novel, the first of a quartet, Marissa Meyer introduces readers to an unforgettable heroine and a masterfully crafted new world that’s enthralling.

Gorgeous, right? This is definitely one of my favourite upcoming reads for 2012, which right now seems a million miles away :(

Also, major congrats goes to Margeret Stohl and Kami Garcia (Beautiful Creatures) who have both sold the rights for idependents projects. Good work, ladies!
But the biggest new book announcement goes to Mary Lindsey, author of the upcoming Shattered Souls, who has sold another book entitled Annabel.

SHATTERED SOULS author Mary Lindsey's ANNABEL, pitched as a dark retelling of Poe's final poem Annabel Lee, pitting a pair of star-crossed lovers in a doomed struggle with forces of ancient malice and evil, again to Jill Santopolo at Philomel, by Ammi-Joan Paquette at Erin Murphy Literary Agency (World).

Again, high fives to these wonderful authors and we look forward to seeing your books on the shelves soon.
Have an awesome week, my lovelies,
Imo <l:)> (dumbledore!)
